Michael Mergener

Michael Mergener, Co-Founder of Sunrise Property Management, LLC, is a software sales professional who specializes in field service operations. His experience aligns field service companies and business owners with technology to efficiently track customer tickets, manage scheduling and dispatch of field members ensuring customer satifaction. His technology-first approach to running a business brings a unique advantage to Sunrise Property Management LLC.

Mitchel Mergener

Mitchel Mergener, Co-Founder of Sunrise Property Management, LLC, is a Journeyman Electrician who has built a real estate company during his nights and weekends. He is an agent/investor with experience buying and selling properties for himself and others. As a Journeyman Electrician, Mitch is experienced in managing crews and teams, contractors, and million dollar plus projects. Mitchel understands how to properly scope and bid work to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
